Public promotion codes
One code for your marketing campaign, usable once per client. Uses are checked against phone number and email. Dates run from 00:00 on the start date to 23:59 on the end date, South African time. Creating or editing a campaign does not change existing bookings.
The code is used when a booking is created, including an unpaid booking. Cancellation does not automatically restore a use. Backload deals cannot be combined with promotions. Changing the discount or dates keeps the same code and all previous uses.
Customer History & Rewards
Customers are grouped by phone number. Use this list to recognise repeat customers, review their past rides, and issue a one-use reward code you can share with them.
